Mr. Solich advised me that no new cables were needed. The reason that ice was forming in one section was attributed to the arrangement of the cables in that section of the roof. He adjusted them so that they were closer to the edge. No need to replace the entire cable. Another company had told me that the entire cable needed replaced.
I was having trouble getting power to a switch in my bathroom. Mr. Solich confirmed everything was hooked up correctly and he needed to come back with one of his employees to run new wires...Very professional and explained everything he was doing!
